What an amazing company!
Finding a trustworthy company that is honest, stands behind their products, and is NOT price gouging during COVID-19 like many others, says a lot to todays consumers. Plus, if you call them, an actual human answers the phone. Despite their website displaying a 10+ day lead time, I received my order within a week, and it works great! I couldn't ask for any more!

There was a very stale smell to the unit. We thoroughly cleaned it ourselves. It seems to function properly. Has over 300,000 hours of operation on it. Praying it lasts.

Hello! Once an Oxygen Concentrator is reconditioned, and all wearable items are replaced, they run like new! Prior hours of use are irrelevant after a machine is reconditioned. The hour meter is more of an item to gauge how many hours you use the machine. Please rest easy knowing that you unit more likely has about 30,000 hours, since the hour meters do not go over 100,000 hours. The smell you mention is most likely one of our organic sanitizers we use, and we are confident it will dissipate quickly as you use the machine :)
