Above & Beyond :)
I ordered 2 sieve beds for my Invacare 5Lpm concentrator. I ordered the wrong ones, my mistake. The owner happened to have business a couple of cities away from me. This also happened to be states away from his office as well. He made a point to drive to my home with the correct sieve beds and also offered to install them. After a multistate trip he drove to me and made sure that I had what I needed. My concentrator is running strong & new. I could not be more satisfied with my purchase. Well done :) Dennis Le Fave
